A number of rivers in spate, Bhutan releases waters

A number of rivers are reported to be in spate:

  1. Brahmaputra
  2. Barak
  3. Buridehing
  4. Subansiri
  5. Dikrong
  6. Desang
  7. Puthimari
  8. Dhansiri
  9. Pagladiya
  10. Manas
  11. Beki
  12. Sonkoch
  13. Katakhal
  14. Kushiara

Waters were released from the Kurishu dam in Bhutan. Waters apparently flowed at 698 cum / second.

Waters were also released from Karbi Longpi Hydel Project in Assam.
