Assam yet to set up panel on floods

Assam: Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi's promise of setting up panel headed by former Gauhati University Vice Chancellor Dr NK Choudhury to suggest measures to deal with floods remains on paper. Formal notification not yet issued by government.
