North Sikkim: Over 40 tourists stranded following flash floods and landslides. Landslide at Thamchung hits links between Lachen and Thangu. Major damade to abetment of bridge at Tarum chu on Chungthang-Lachen road. Bridge partially damaged by flash floods.
